Ruthline, a Portlander is a God-fearing woman who loves the Lord with all her heart. She has served as an educator and middle manager in the education sector for over thirty-six years. Her passion for learning and the desire to positively impact young minds for a better society propelled her to attain further studies and God blessed her with a doctorate in Professional Leadership and Development from the University of Sheffield, England.
